In the course of your training, you will come across other runners either on the running apps or in your local running groups, who will offer both destructive and constructive criticism and advice.

Always take feedback positively as a part of the journey to learn and improve. If a fellow runner discourages you from finishing a marathon, make it a challenge to prove them wrong. Always be curious to learn new tricks from the circle around you: runners, coaches, family, and others.
