The different labels of my online coaching programs are based on two things: Your commitment to a long-term progressive improvement in your running, and the time I’ll set aside to daily check out your workouts and get your feedback that will inform the next course of action and the schedule of the following week’s program.

The gold label is a recommended package that has pleased many of my clients, as they can contact me any day of the week to discuss anything that comes up in their training. The Platinum label offers the same benefits, but at a discounted price if you pay for some months in advance.

“My endurance and recovery time have improved a lot”

My endurance has greatly improved. My long runs have gotten longer and I’m still comfortable finishing them faster than I started. Prior to this, my longest run was 14 miles (22k), with the second half way slower than the first. With my last 16 miles (25k) long run, my last mile was the best.

The jogging and walking has disappeared from the program Justin is sending me, in addition I’m now running 6 days in a week – which to my mind, I never thought was possible.

My recovery time has also improved a lot, and I seem to be able to just go out and run.
